BIRTHDAY/SPECIAL EVENT PARTIES

Basic fee: $175

The basic fee is for a two hour party for around 15 children. During the first hour each guest will have the opportunity to ride two horses during arena rides.

The horses are led by trained Eden Farms employees and all the horses used for parties are calm and friendly. The arena used for the party is set aside and reserved solely for your party. While guests are waiting their turn for a ride, there is a brand new, handicapped accessible playground area just beside the birthday arena. Also included in the basic fee is an hour at the outdoor picnic area, this is a great time for cake and presents! Indoor space is also available in case of inclement weather. There are nice new wooden picnic tables and a grill can be provided if asked for ahead of time. The birthday child receives a painted horseshoe with their name on it as well as cowboy hat.

Additional options to include at your party:

Large indoor banquet room
A large (40 x 70) indoor banquet room on the second floor of our forty stall barn. The climate controlled facilities include private bathrooms, hardwood floors and a large porch that looks out over our riding arenas and the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. This room is great for larger parties or groups that will have extra adults. As with all the facilities at Eden Farms, the second floor is handicap accessible. $40

Additional horse
This is recommended for parties that have more than fifteen children. In order for every child to have ample time to enjoy their rides, Eden Farms suggests having an extra horse for every additional six children. Each additional horse: $35

Thirty minutes of games
Parents can relax and enjoy watching the kids play the following games while Eden Farms employees supervise them. (your choice of three out of four games) $25

• Bobbing for apples
• Pin the tail on the donkey
• Search for the golden horseshoe
• Candy search in the haystack.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All Parties are scheduled and reserved at Eden Farms. A fifty-dollar non-refundable deposit (which will be deducted from total cost of party) is due at the time of booking. The total fee, excluding the fifty-dollar deposit, must be paid the day of the party upon arrival. Eden Farms is happy to schedule a time for party coordinators to come visit the barn and party facilities, as well as answer any other questions. Please do not hesitate to call or email.
