Our lesson program is exciting and rewarding for riders young and old, thanks to our beautiful facilities and dedicated instructors.

Eden Farms is centrally located to all that the North and South Carolina equestrian community has to offer. Within an hour's drive of major show facilities and three area foxhunts, the hunt seat program at Eden is tailored to each riders particular goals. Beginning riders of all ages are carefully instructed in the basics of flatwork and jumping and are given the opportunity to progress through private and group lessons at a pace that is appropriate to their skills. Lessons are fun, challenging and structured around a solid foundation in hunt seat riding. Advanced riders new to Eden will welcome the casual yet structured environment, which is a welcome change from demanding show facilities. Opportunities abound and each rider is treated as an individual. A covered jumping arena, outside arena and miles of trails add variety to weekly sessions and ensure lessons go on despite the weather.

Private and group lessons can be scheduled throughout the day and evening. The lesson program is for students of all ages from elementary lead-line and beginning adult riders on our school horses to horse owners who are looking for a new home.   Each year we host around six schooling horse shows at Eden Farms and our instructors are available to go off-site as well.  We encourage you to visit our facility, watch a lesson and see the difference for yourself.

Whether your goals are competition or riding for pleasure Eden lessons are focused on safety, education and correct hunt seat riding. Our horses are our best teachers and the view from the arena will take your breath away.

New Student Package

(1 student) $35 hour (for up to 3 lessons)
(2 students) $30 hour (for up to 3 lessons)

Weekly Lessons by Appointment

Eden Farms offers English riding lessons for all ages and abilities! We have well trained horses, excellent instructors, and three top of the line riding arenas. Lessons focus on developing good horsemanship skills as well as improving riding skills, and are by appointment Monday through Saturday.

Private: $45/hour or $35/half hour
Group (2 to 5 students): $35/hour

Young riders can enjoy a private instructional lesson from an Eden Farms staff member covering the basics of horsemanship of English on a well trained school master horse. In addition to riding time, Buckaroos will learn horse safety, grooming and saddling skills.

Horse Training and Exercise Fees

Eden Farms offers horse training and exercise for boarders who need their horse to stay in a training or exercise program. Our excellent instructors/trainers can work with you to determine which program is best suited for your horse and how many sessions are recommended to achieve the most benefits.

Use of Eden Farms Horse Fee: $20
Trailering/Truck Fee: $20 (no charge for those boarding or leasing at Eden Farms)
Day care (optional): $25 (if stall is purchased - stall cleaning, watering, feeding, etc.)

Horses are available for lease to Eden Farms lesson students, please ask your instructor!
